I've always been interested in meditation, but trying to read about it and try it on my own never seemed to work. I purchased some guided meditation CDs that I really love, and they really seem to help with the process if you're not really self-directed when it comes to meditation. The CDs I have are by Kelly Howell, and she uses these in-depth visualization exercises that are phoenomenal. I've become a fan of meditation ever since, and would love to hear other people's ideas and successes related to meditation.
